“ The bankers and managers were super welcoming and accommodating! Unfortunately the baristas and cashiers were not very nice. She/her looked like she hated her job and was not very nice as I asked questions. As a first time visitor this is not a great impression. Luckily - getting 1/2 off coffee as a capital one card holder is a huge perk. There was also tons of seating options and nooks upstairs. Made for a pleasant working environment. ”

There are many seating options: couch, window bench, long table, sofa chairs, small tables, booth. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe sells pastries, cookies, coffees, teas, matcha, and other snacks. This was my first visit to this cafe - coffee shop. I enjoyed it and plan to return in the future. ”

“ This was my first time setting foot in a Capital One Cafe! The staff was absolutely friendly when walking in! The great perk of being a cardholder is the 1/2 off coffee! When ordering, Diana the Barista, was so helpful in introducing the new pumpkin flavor latte and was full of smiles. I give her top notch rating because she was the only worker and was so pressured to get the coffee and food ready with a long line of people waiting to order. I told her to take her time because she was working so hard being by herself and I was in no rush! The food was so delicious having to get the breakfast croissant sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese, and avocado. And I also got a pumpkin pie latte which was so delicious! Thank you for making my experience her amazing! ”

“ Wonderful, European style cappuccino. These folks at Verve know how to do it right 1/3 of each espresso, steamed milk and foam. Most places you get a latte when you ask for a cappuccino. Just off the score, the place is a beautiful place to take a break between shopping or sightseeing. Extra bonus - CapitalOne card holders get 50% off drinks. Staff was super polite, much like all of Portland. ”
